Waiting on an application?
Reviews are done by a person and are not instant. If we need something specific we will ask for that one thing by email rather than leaving you guessing.
Confirmation email never arrived?
Check spam first — corporate mail servers often hold a first message from a new sender for a few minutes. You can resend it, or correct the address, from the confirmation screen itself.
Problem with a member?
Tell us. We are not a party to trades between members and cannot recover money or goods, but a company that misrepresents itself is a verification failure, and we want to know about it.
